Featured: Akron Steel Treating Company of Akron, Ohio USA

• Production IQ system for batch quenching consisting of a 6,000-gallon stand-alone IQ water tank equipped with four props and 36”x23” to 24”x23” atmosphere furnace.  The IQ system is capable of quenching the load of up to 3,000 lb.
• Production IQ system for batch quenching consisting of a 1,900-gallon stand-alone IQ water tank equipped with one prop and 36”x23” atmosphere pit furnace and load transfer mechanism.  The IQ system is capable of quenching the load of up to 800 lb.
• Pre-production high-velocity IQ system for single part quenching that includes a 800-gallon water tank equipped with 600-gpm pump and two furnaces: neutral salt bath furnace of 12”x18” and electric atmosphere box furnace of 5” x 12” X 7”. The IntensiQuench® system is capable of quenching the steel parts up to 30 lb, with size of up to 8" in diameter or width and up to 16" in length.
• Production continuous IntensiQuench® system consisting of a 170-gallon water tank equipped with a circulating pump and variable speed conveyer and a shaker hearth furnace of 4”x1”.
• Experimental stand-alone 500-gallon IntensiQuench® water tank equipped with one prop. The system is capable of quenching the steel parts of up to 30 lb, with the size of up to 7" in diameter or width and up to 10" in length.
