• Quench system modeling and design by the implementation of computational fluid dynamics modeling by Air Flow Science Corporation of Livonia, Michigan and by the use of the IQ Technologies Inc proprietary heat transfer database for different quenchants
• Fabrication of turnkey heat-treating quenching equipment and integration of heat-treating processes into your part manufacturing cells by IQ Technologies Inc and its licensees
